Does sending this form confirm my booking?
No. It reaches us as an enquiry. Your date is only held once we have replied with availability and you have confirmed. For stays and functions that usually means a small advance.
Can I book just the pool and lunch for the day?
Yes, choose "Day outing" above. It covers pool access, an orchard walk and lunch cooked from the day's harvest, with no overnight stay.
How many guests can you take for a function?
The lawn comfortably takes a large gathering, and smaller ceremonies sit well in the orchard clearing. Tell us your headcount in the form and we will be straight with you about whether it fits.
Can we bring our own caterer and decorator?
Yes, for functions. Mention it in the notes so we can arrange access, power and parking for their team ahead of the day.
